It is the starting build price for a qualified Managed Custom Website engagement. The exact scope is confirmed before work begins.
What can require a separate scope?

Why is there still a monthly price after the custom build?
Managed Custom is an ongoing Website relationship, not a hand-off-and-disappear project. The monthly service starts from US$295 / month and supports the agreed DMXReady operating foundation and managed relationship after launch; any project-specific ongoing scope is confirmed with the customer.
Does the website launch automatically when I pay?
No. Payment, preparation and deployment work do not replace the owner's launch decision. Public launch remains separately owner approved.
