DMXReady collects information you choose to provide.
Information you may provide
- your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details;
- information about a business, organization, project, offer, audience, or existing website;
- website goals, requested capabilities, design direction, content, and preferred next steps;
- answers entered through guided choices or typed intake;
- voice input and an editable transcript when you explicitly start the voice experience;
- messages submitted through ContactAI, a contact form, or follow-up communication.
Technical information
The website and its service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request logs, browser or device information, IP address, timestamps, security signals, and necessary cookie or local-storage data.
Information is used to provide the experience you request.
How information may be used
- understand and respond to your request;
- create or improve a Smart Website Blueprint or private Smart Website direction;
- support a private handoff to the approved DMXReady Workspace experience;
- provide visitor guidance through ContactAI or another connected Smart App;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the public website;
- maintain reasonable business, support, security, and legal records.
Submitting information does not by itself create a paid order, provision a service, activate a Smart App, or publish a website.
DMXReady uses service providers only where needed to operate the experience.
Connected DMXReady services
The public website may connect to ai.dmxready.com for private Smart Website, Workspace, voice, or Smart App experiences. The destination and purpose should be clear before you continue.
Processing locations
Depending on the providers involved, information may be processed in Canada or in other countries where a provider operates. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to the laws of that location.
The site may use storage needed for navigation, security, and connected experiences.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed.
Security
DMXReady uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
