The public website explains DMXReady and helps visitors start a conversation.

You may use this site to learn about Websites, Smart Skills, Smart Apps, the Smart Operator pathway, pricing, examples, and the DMXReady process. You may also create or submit Website direction and contact the team.

Effective date

September 25, 2026. By using the public website or an approved connected DMXReady experience after this date, you agree to these terms.

02Information and requests

Website content and submitted requests are not automatically binding agreements.

Public content describes DMXReady's current services and product direction. It is general information and is not a binding quote, guarantee, accepted statement of work, professional advice, or promise that a particular service will be available.

Submitting information

Submitting an intake, Blueprint, message, or contact request asks DMXReady to review or respond to the information you provide. It does not by itself create a project agreement, platform account, subscription, billing relationship, payment obligation, provisioning event, or public website.

03Blueprint and private review

A Blueprint or private website makes a proposed direction easier to review.

Unless a separate accepted agreement says otherwise, a Blueprint or private website is not final production acceptance, does not guarantee that every requested feature will be included, and does not authorize public launch. It may change during review, scoping, technical verification, or owner approval.

Launch boundary

Private review, order review, checkout, payment, provisioning, production readiness, and owner-approved public launch are separate events. Payment or provisioning must not be treated as automatic public publication.

04Pricing and commercial terms

Published pricing is informational until the applicable order or agreement is accepted.

The standard Smart Business subscription and any separately approved expansion or Custom Scope describe current commercial starting points. Availability, included services, Smart App allowances, taxes, payment timing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, support, and delivery obligations are governed by the exact order, subscription, proposal, or agreement accepted for the work.

No automatic purchase or publication

Viewing a price or submitting a request is not an order. A separate approved commercial step is required before any charge, provisioning, installation, or paid service begins.

05Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and without interfering with other people or the service.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the website, bypass security or access controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, infringe another person's rights, or use a connected experience in a way that violates applicable law.

06Content and intellectual property

DMXReady content and visitor-provided materials have different roles.

The DMXReady brand, public-site design, copy, software, reusable systems, components, and Smart App technology are owned by or licensed to Netkinetic Inc. You retain responsibility for the business information, content, trademarks, images, and other materials you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide them.

Limited permission

You may view and use the public website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse protected DMXReady material except as permitted by law or an accepted agreement.

07Connected services

Some experiences continue through approved platform or third-party services.

The public website may link to or connect with ai.dmxready.com, Smart Apps, hosting, communications, payment, voice, AI, or other service providers. Separate provider terms, privacy notices, account terms, or customer agreements may apply. DMXReady does not control every third-party service and cannot guarantee its uninterrupted availability.

08ChatGPT and connected AI

A connected AI client is an interface to governed DMXReady capabilities.

DMXReady may be accessed through ChatGPT or another approved client using the DMXReady MCP service. The connected client does not replace DMXReady account, permission, business-truth, billing, launch, publication, or ownership authorities. You are responsible for the information and instructions you submit and must have the right to provide business content, trademarks, images, contact information, and other materials supplied to DMXReady.

Owner-controlled actions

Using a connected client does not by itself create a paid order or subscription;
it does not authorize a charge, DNS change, domain-control change, or public website publication;
it does not transfer source ownership; and
it does not authorize an outbound communication or destructive action where DMXReady requires a separate confirmation.

Analysis, proposed business direction, visual concepts, private builds, prepared changes, and review states are proposals or private working states unless the applicable DMXReady workflow says otherwise. A separate explicit owner action is required where DMXReady identifies a consequential approval or commitment.

Third-party availability

Connected-client availability depends in part on third-party services, including the client provider. DMXReady does not control every feature, model, account policy, availability decision, or retention practice of a third-party client. Separate third-party terms and privacy notices may apply.

DMXReady and connected AI clients can assist with analysis, planning, building, reviewing, and operating a Smart Business, but they do not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, sales, clients, employment, or another particular business outcome.

09Availability and results

DMXReady does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular business result.

The public website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, provider, or technical reasons. Examples, projections, and descriptions do not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, sales, clients, income, employment, or any specific result. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

10Changes and contact

These website terms may change when the public service changes.

Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date or otherwise providing reasonable notice. Continued use after an update means the revised public-site terms apply from their stated effective date.
