You may use this site to learn about Smart Websites, Smart Skills, Smart Apps, the Smart Webmaster pathway, pricing, examples, and the DMXReady process. You may also create or submit Smart Website direction and contact the team.

Public content describes DMXReady's current services and product direction. It is general information and is not a binding quote, guarantee, accepted statement of work, professional advice, or promise that a particular service will be available.

Unless a separate accepted agreement says otherwise, a Blueprint or private Smart Website is not final production acceptance, does not guarantee that every requested feature will be included, and does not authorize public launch. It may change during review, scoping, technical verification, or owner approval.

Core, Plus, Advanced, and Custom Scope describe current capability bands and starting points. Availability, included services, Smart Skill allowances, taxes, payment timing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, support, and delivery obligations are governed by the exact order, subscription, proposal, or agreement accepted for the work.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the website, bypass security or access controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, infringe another person's rights, or use a connected experience in a way that violates applicable law.

The DMXReady brand, public-site design, copy, software, reusable systems, components, and Smart App technology are owned by or licensed to Netkinetic Inc. You retain responsibility for the business information, content, trademarks, images, and other materials you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide them.

The public website may link to or connect with ai.dmxready.com, Smart Apps, hosting, communications, payment, voice, AI, or other service providers. Separate provider terms, privacy notices, account terms, or customer agreements may apply. DMXReady does not control every third-party service and cannot guarantee its uninterrupted availability.

The public website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, provider, or technical reasons. Examples, projections, and descriptions do not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, sales, clients, income, employment, or any specific result. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date or otherwise providing reasonable notice. Continued use after an update means the revised public-site terms apply from their stated effective date.
