01Do I need an account to begin?

No. The public Creator can start with four quick questions by choosing, typing or speaking. Account and owner review come later in the governed continuation.

02What becomes private?

Business Understanding, the proposed Outcome Blueprint and the generated website review are owner-side work. Public visitors do not get access to that private context.

03Does payment publish the website?

No. Payment or preparation can authorize private work, but public publication remains a separate owner-approved decision.

04When does the website go live?

Only after the production direction is ready and the owner separately approves public launch. Preview, payment, provisioning or an approval-looking screen are not launch by themselves.
