Hosted setup (clean + fast)
Hosted is the quickest path: activate your plan, copy the embed, paste it into your site, then verify it works for visitors.
Open your hosted purchase and click the activation/setup link for that app.
Use the embed snippet provided for the app (keep it exactly as-is).
Use an HTML/Custom HTML block (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify custom HTML, etc.).
Confirm visitors see it (not just you while logged in).
Download setup (WordPress plugin)
Download is the ownership path: upload the zip, activate the plugin, then follow the app’s setup screen inside WordPress.
Grab the download from your order (My Account → Downloads).
WP Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Activate.
Use the plugin menu item added in WordPress (or the setup link after activation).
Use the provided shortcode/block instructions inside the plugin UI.
AI & API keys
AI is optional. If an app includes AI features and they’re not responding, it’s almost always key setup or usage limits.
Open the app’s settings and ensure AI mode/features are turned on.
No extra spaces. Save settings. Then refresh the page once.
One short input is best to confirm connectivity before trying long requests.
Billing, trials, cancellations
Manage everything from My Account: subscriptions, invoices, renewals, and downloads.
Cancel from My Account → Subscriptions (takes effect at period end).
If your hosted plan includes a trial, it will be shown on the product + subscription details.
