Install & Setup
  • Install/activate the Smart App plugin.
  • Open the Smart App admin panel and complete any setup prompts.
  • Paste the shortcode into a page to enable the public view (if applicable).
Configuration
  • Use the Automation tab for owner-friendly setup.
  • Use Advanced only for WP admins (fine-tuning + diagnostics).
  • Use Appearance to match branding and pick the UI tone.
Customize & Build On Top
  • Start with Studio-guided planning or LLM Customizer for quick changes.
  • Use exported settings for no-code personalization first.
  • For deeper UI, UX, or form changes, use the app SSOT and stay inside safe edit zones.
Support
  • Check Advanced → Diagnostics for environment issues.
  • Use the Activity tab to confirm the app is doing work.
  • Export logs (when available) before contacting support.
Health & Diagnostics
  • Confirm provider profile, credentials, and model selection in AI settings.
  • Verify email/webhook delivery if the app sends messages.
  • Run the Readiness Audit tool to scan recipes for missing fields.
